pfsense

hi there
is anybody already using arethusa ovpn with pfsense? if so i would be very grateful if he could share his config files with me because i dont know how to configure it. i cant just copy the tunnel configs into pfsense. it needs apparently other parameter. thanks in advance.

Re: pfsense

If pfsense has no option to use your own config file, maybe you can log into SSH and start openvpn from the command line.

Re: pfsense

hi
torguard does offer a tutorial:
h*t*t*p://torguard.net/blog/how-to-setup-pfsense-with-torguard-openvpn/
but you also need the config files:
h*t*t*p://torguard.net/downloads/TorGuard.pfsense.zip
so i need from you the configuration files.
regards

Re: pfsense

The .zip is not really config files, but instructions, and you already have these instructions in the blog post.
Use the arethusa CA instead of their CA, encryption algorithm AES-256-CBC instead of blowfish, the correct XX.tunsrv.s6n.net for server address, and remove their additional "remote" lines.

Re: pfsense

has anyone been able to configure pfsense to work with arethusa? I can get the initialzation sequence to complete, I can get a 10.x.x.x ip address but I can't seem to get any trafic through the VPN. I can share my FW rules if anyone think they can help... thanks!
